Arizona to Increase Mandatory Liability Insurance Limits Effective July 1, 2020.
The State of Arizona requires all drivers to have a minimum amount of liability insurance limits. Currently, the minimum liability limits each driver carries for bodily injury is $15,000 per person and $30,000 per accident. However, on July 1, 2020, these limits will increase to $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident. Wade & Nysather recommends all drivers contact their insurance agent to get more information regarding these changes and to make sure you have the appropriate insurance limits for your particular situation.
